Private User Profiles
Since version v0.66.0
The private Admin Control Center provides one User Profile per registered developer. It is an operator tool: it is unavailable from the public, read-only portal and requires an authenticated administrator session.
Open a profile
- In Users & Licenses, select Profile on a user row.
- In Dev Team Direct Inbox, select a conversation and use User Profile.
The profile provides a single private view of:
- account name, email, sign-in method, role, and account-creation time in UTC;
- current licence and immutable licence history (tier, dates, status, memory allowance, and feature count);
- recorded orders; a blank order history is expected until a verified payment provider is enabled;
- the recent Direct Inbox conversation, plus a safe shortcut to the complete thread;
- the acquisition status.
Acquisition boundary
An account creation time is not proof of the visitor's first website visit. Existing analytics is aggregate and anonymous, so it must never be guessed or joined to a user record after the fact.
For accounts created before account-linked attribution is introduced, the profile explicitly reports not recorded. This prevents an operator from treating a global referrer statistic as a personal customer fact.
Data boundary
The profile endpoint excludes password hashes, session tokens, licence signatures, raw IP addresses, and unrelated analytics events. It returns at most the most recent 100 Direct Inbox messages in the profile preview; use Open full inbox for the complete conversation.
